Alternatively I've had one uploaded to iPerms in 10 days but it was close to a board. Also as already said raters, senior raters, and rated NCOs are doing a really poor job now to make sure they are written to standard and it's slowing everyone down. Plus also just speculation but I'm sure IPPS-A has pulled some manpower from the evaluations team.

So I’m sure, I’m not only person that struggles with keeping records in my file and keeping it updated but why do files continuously disappear from iperms, multiple things get removed from the srb/erb and things like last ncoer dates get changed to the wrong dates?
